The ICC T20 World Cup 2024 trophy, revealed in Islamabad on Thursday, will visit two more Pakistani towns. The Trophy Tour began last month in the US, where the major event’s first match will be played. After arriving in Pakistan on Wednesday night, the trophy is on display in front of the National Assembly in the federal capital.

The “Out of this World” trophy will arrive in Lahore and Abbottabad during the three-day tour.
The National Cricket Academy in Lahore will receive the trophy on Saturday. Pakistan will finish the five-match T20I series against New Zealand on the same day. The Gaddafi Stadium would showcase the trophy during the match.
Remember, the elusive trophy will visit 15 locations on four continents to be graced by renowned cricketers in world-class stadiums. Beyond famous cricketing nations, the trophy will tour growing nations like Brazil, Argentina, Canada, and others to connect people to the sport and increase enthusiasm.
Pakistan and archrival India are in Group A and will play one of the most anticipated World Cup matches on June 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. Twenty qualifying teams are divided into four groups of five, with the top two teams from each group qualifying for the Super 8 round.
Again, qualifying teams will be divided into two groups of four, with the top two teams advancing to the semi-finals and the winner playing the final.
The West Indies will host a T20 World Cup for the first time since 2010, when England triumphed. However, this is the first time the US will host the World Cup. England defeated Pakistan in the 2022 T20 World Cup final in Australia to win the title.
